In 2017 the San Diego Chargers announced they were relocating to Los Angeles. As you can imagine, San Diego fans were furious, and Los Angeles football fans were skeptical at best. The Rams had returned to LA a couple years earlier, and the city was also stocked with a large contingency of Raiders faithful. So the Chargers couldn’t just show up and expect a hug. They needed to prove their commitment and give Angelenos a reason to care. The Chargers had a talented veteran QB and handfull of rising stars on both sides of the ball. So we used this opportunity to introduce the team, the players, and our ethos. Even though you might not want us, we’re here to fight for every yard to earn your respect.
